— About Royal Chantilly Inc.

Three decades supplying
the Canadian table.

From a small textile workshop in 1995 to one of Canada's most trusted hospitality supply houses — three decades, one mission: to dress the rooms that hold this country's most important evenings.

— Our Story

Named for the
storied lace
of Chantilly.

Royal Chantilly Inc. was founded in Montréal in 1995. Our founders had a simple ambition: to bring the discipline of European tabletop tradition to the Canadian hospitality trade — at a price the working catering house could actually afford.

The name comes from Chantilly, the small town north of Paris whose lace has dressed European tables for four centuries. We chose it because, like fine lace, hospitality details only work when every thread is right. A linen pressed correctly. A charger polished without streaks. A chair that arrives on time, every time.

Three decades later, we're still privately held, still based in Montréal, and still pick up the phone.

— How We Work

Operating supplier — not a marketplace.

01

We hold the line on quality

Direct relationships with mills in Portugal, Italy, Turkey, and China — the same mills, the same fabrics, year after year. Every shipment hits a fixed spec, so the linen you ordered last spring matches the linen you order this fall.

02

We hold the inventory

Our own Montréal warehouses, our own quality control. The piece you specify on Tuesday is on a truck Thursday — not stuck in a four-week trans-shipment.

03

We know the spec

Thirty years of supplying the same banquet halls, the same hotel chains, the same event-rental houses. We've seen every spec — and we've made the mistakes so you don't have to.

— The Maison Today

Trusted by the operators
who set the room.

Today we supply hotels, catering houses, restaurants, party planners, event-rental companies, and reception halls right across Canada — from independent ballrooms in Montréal to the F&B teams at major hotel groups.

Our clients are operators: F&B directors, banquet captains, rental managers, wedding and event planners. We speak their language — quickly, accurately, and with the same answer Tuesday as Friday.

The work isn't glamorous. It's about an ivory napkin pressed correctly. A 132-inch round in stock when you need it. A hundred Chiavari chairs delivered on a Saturday at 6 AM. The exchange handled by the same person who took the order. We do the unglamorous work so the room can be glamorous.

— Why Clients Stay

Long-term partnerships, by design.

More than a hundred Canadian hospitality businesses have ordered from us for over a decade. The reasons are usually the same.

01

Consistent quality

The same fabric, the same dye lot, the same finish — order after order, season after season.

02

Predictable lead times

In stock, ready to ship. Custom orders quoted with realistic dates — and delivered on them.

03

A named account manager

One person, one phone number. The same voice answering every call, year after year.

04

No minimums on most lines

Whether you need a dozen napkins or ten thousand, we quote both with the same care.

— Get in Touch

Three decades in. Still picking up the phone.

Whether you're a new client or one we've supplied since the nineties, we'd be glad to hear from you.
